Discovery Session With Business Client
Here we will discuss the goals you (if individually) or your company (if the client is paying for services for team member(s) want to achieve out of the sessions. Sometimes it's very broad and the intention is development and support. Other times it can be very pinpointed or nuanced.
Planning Session with Coachee
In our Thrive coaching program, the first meeting with the coachee (the individual working with a coach) will be to discuss their current role, current functions, team members, and the overall goal of the time spent with a coach. By the end of this meeting, there should be a clear picture of the present reality and a plan is being formed to achieve the desired outcome.
Thrive Coaching Sessions
In sessions with a coach, we will review action items, discuss current statuses, review challenges, and analyze tools to continue forward progression. Any topic may be presented at our sessions as it pertains to personal growth or company impact. It's our intention that you discover more about yourselves, and your team, and take steps day after day to achieve a unified goal and thrive in your role.
Quarterly Business Client Call
It's important to touch base with the client/manager to update on progress, and received feedback from the company on the coachee. Updates will not include direct quotes or personal confidential information. Rather they will be from a high-elevation point of view to allow productive conversation toward a positive impact on the coachee and the company.
Accountability Calls
Accountability calls are short calls made by our team as an accountability partner in your success. These calls may act as reminders, quick Q&A sessions, or to provide information we previously discuss with more detail.

Clients will sign a coaching agreement outlining the scope of our engagement together. However, you may cancel anytime if you feel you are not getting the desired value out of the program.

The number of coaching sessions or months clients are utilizing our services is usually a reflection of the complexity of the goal they desire to achieve. Furthermore, some clients will achieve one management or performance-related goal and continue monthly engagements to progress or develop in another segment of their role or business.
